Academic Discovery Center Offerings
Enrichment
Themed classes meet Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:45am to 2:15pm at our learning center in Colton, California. Each session of the 15 week semester has a fun and interesting theme!
Students Learn:
- Hands-on Activities
- Social Studies
- Language Arts
- Science and experiments
- Math lessons around the theme
- Physical Activity
- Projects and encouragement to learn deeper independently
- FUN!
Clubs
Students can join and suggest ideas for clubs that they are interested in,
creating groups and allowing students to have input over what they'd like to learn.
Clubs Include:
- Deep dive into topics that excite the students
- STEAM activities
- Ongoing large projects as a group and individually
- Games that compliment topics
- Some topics for clubs this year are: Cooking Club, Spanish Club, Arts Club,
Teen Classes
Classes meet Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:45 - 2:15 at our learning center in Colton. Students may attend one day or both. This is a uniquely designed class around our students needs and interests. We take their current learning goals and blend them with fun activities and hands-on projects while covering their academics needs.
